At Smidt Heart Institute, Cedars-Sinai doctors have performed two kinds of valve procedures – percutaneous mitral valve repairs and aortic valve replacements – more than at any other site in the U.S. Via the Kerlan-Jobe Institute, Cedars-Sinai serves as the official team orthopedists for three of Los Angeles’ professional sports teams – the Clippers, Dodgers and Rams.
